# Set up

> Install the Factagora Chrome Extension and start fact-checking in minutes.

## Overview

The Factagora Chrome Extension lets you fact-check claims, highlight evidence, and run research directly from any webpage, without leaving your browser.

## Installation

  <Step title="Install the extension">
    Download the Factagora extension from the [Chrome Web Store](https://chrome.google.com/webstore).

  <Step title="Sign in">
    Click the Factagora icon in your browser toolbar and sign in with your Factagora account.

  <Step title="Start fact-checking">
    Highlight any text on a webpage, right-click, and select **"Fact-check with Factagora"**: or click the extension icon to open the panel.

## Requirements

* Google Chrome version 114 or later
* A Factagora account (free tier supported)
* Active internet connection
